Tregoning

Tregoning is a single-storey house in Lerryn, 0.2 miles from the River Lerryn, with the village pub 0.3 miles away. It sleeps four in two king-size bedrooms, each with its own en-suite.

One en-suite has a bath and a walk-in shower, the other a bath with a shower over. A cloakroom adds a basin and WC. The living and dining room has a woodburning stove, which is for seasonal use, and logs and briquettes are supplied along with fuel, power and a starter pack. From here glazed sliding doors lead to the conservatory.

The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, an American fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. A Smart TV and WiFi are included, and every room is on a single storey. Heating is oil-fired central heating, and bed linen and towels are included. Outside, a terrace has furniture and a barbecue, and off-road parking takes three cars.

One well-behaved pet is welcome, and smoking is not allowed. The shop is 3.4 miles away. Lostwithiel is 3 miles from Lerryn, Fowey 3.5 miles and the Eden Project 8 miles. The house suits two couples, since both bedrooms are en-suite, and is less good for a group of five or more, as it sleeps four.
