Treleigh is a ground-floor 3-bedroom bungalow in Hayle, set on Riviere Towans in the Phillack area at the eastern end of the town. It sleeps 6 across 3 bedrooms with 1 bathroom, and the entire property is on a single level with no internal steps - making it one of the more accessible options on this stretch of coast.

The garden gets good light and there is off-road parking on site. Wi-Fi, dishwasher, and washing machine are included. The kitchen is fully equipped.

Porthkidney Beach, a quiet section of the 3-mile Hayle Towans sand, is about 900 metres away. Walking north-west along the Towans brings you to Gwithian Towans beach (around 3.6km), with Godrevy Lighthouse visible from the dune path - the lighthouse is said to have inspired Virginia Woolf's novel. Carbis Bay beach is 3km along the coast path. St Ives is reachable by car in around 15 minutes, or by the St Ives branch-line railway from Hayle station.

Hayle town has a supermarket, pharmacy, and independent cafes within 5 minutes on foot from the property. There is also a bus service connecting Hayle with St Ives and Penzance.

This is ideal for groups needing level access throughout and a beach within easy walking distance. Not great for those wanting sea views from the property or access to town-centre amenities on foot. Changeover is Saturday.
