Trevrock

Trevrock is a stone cottage in St Buryan, with views of the village church from the sitting area and from the patio. The open-plan living space combines a wood kitchen, a dining table and two sofas beside a woodburning stove, with a selection of board games on hand. Fuel, power and a starter pack for the stove are included in the rent, as are bed linen and towels.

Upstairs are two bedrooms: a king-size for the adults and a bunk room for a child. The property sleeps four in total, with the king-size for the adults and the bunk room for children. The shower room has a walk-in shower, basin and WC. Outside, an enclosed patio has furniture, and there is off-road parking for one car. The shop and the pub are both 0.1 mile away.

Some practical points to know before booking. There is no WiFi at the cottage, pets are not allowed and smoking is not permitted. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, a microwave, a fridge with ice box and a washing machine.

Trevrock suits a couple or a small family with a child; it is less good for two couples or groups of adults, because of the child's bunk room. The village of St Buryan sits at the centre of the West Penwith peninsula, with Land's End 6.1 miles away and Penzance 6.2 miles.
