Upper Deck is a top-floor three-bedroom apartment in Rock on the Camel Estuary, sleeping six across two bathrooms. Two balconies face west over the estuary, with views across to Padstow on the opposite bank - the sandbar, the moored dinghies, and the water visible from the living room and both outdoor spaces.

The apartment has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a dishwasher, washing machine, WiFi, and parking. The layout suits two couples or a family of six, and the Friday changeover gives a full weekend if travelling mid-week. No hot tub or garden, but the balconies compensate with the estuary outlook.

Rock's beach is directly below - sheltered, shallow, and used by the Rock Sailing and Waterski Club throughout the season. The Padstow water taxi runs every 20 minutes from the slipway, reaching the town's harbour and restaurants without a car. Daymer Bay is 1.8km south along the coast path, a dune-backed beach with calmer water than Polzeath. Polzeath itself is 3.5km north - Cornwall's most accessible beginner surf break.

Best for couples or families who want the estuary views and easy access to both Rock and Padstow. Less suited to guests with dogs - the apartment is not dog-friendly - or those wanting a garden rather than balconies.
