Valley Cottage

Valley Cottage is a three-storey barn conversion for six at Kenegie Manor Holiday Park near Gulval, on the hillside above Penzance. A top-floor double bedroom has skylight windows, while a twin and bunk room occupy the first floor, with two bathrooms serving the group.

The open-plan ground floor sits beneath a west-facing balcony terrace with a granite-walled dining area. Guests have access to the park's hot tub, indoor pool, shop and bar. Wi-Fi, parking for three cars and a dishwasher are included, and dogs are accepted. Changeovers take place on Saturdays.

Eastern Green Beach is 0.9 miles away, Long Rock Beach is 1.3 miles away and Marazion Beach is 2.5 miles away. Gulval itself sits about a mile northeast of Penzance, overlooking Mount's Bay, with a medieval church and the Coldstreamer Inn pub. Gulval is the nearest village, and with the bedrooms on the upper floors there are stairs between every sleeping area and the living space.

**Best for:** a family wanting three bedrooms, pool access and parking for three cars near Penzance. **Less good for:** guests needing step-free accommodation across three floors, or private leisure facilities away from other park guests.
