Villa 3

Villa 3 is a reverse-level house for six in Mullion, within the grounds of the Polurrian Hotel. All three bedrooms are doubles: one has an en-suite walk-in shower, basin, WC and TV, while a second can be arranged as twins on request. Two bathrooms serve the group. Upstairs, open-plan living opens onto a balcony with sea views towards Polurrian Beach.

Guests have access to the hotel's heated indoor and outdoor swimming pools, gym, tennis court and spa facilities, shared amenities rather than private to the villa. WiFi, parking for two cars, a dishwasher and a garden are also included, and up to two dogs can stay. There's no washing machine, so pack accordingly for a longer stay.

Polurrian Beach is about 0.2 miles away, Mullion Cove Beach is roughly 0.6 miles from the villa, and Poldhu Cove is around 0.9 miles further along the coast. Lizard Point and Kynance Cove are both within driving distance for a longer day out on the peninsula.

The reverse-level layout, with living space upstairs, means stairs are unavoidable, so guests who need step-free access should look elsewhere. Saturday is the changeover day, with check-in from 3pm and checkout by 11am.

**Best for:** six guests wanting hotel leisure access, three flexible double rooms, sea views and two beaches within walking distance.

**Less good for:** guests expecting private pools, needing step-free access, or wanting laundry facilities or EV charging.
