Villa 4

Villa 4 is a three-bedroom house for six in the grounds of the Polurrian Hotel near Mullion. Two bathrooms give a family or group more flexibility, while a private garden, parking and WiFi cover practical needs at the accommodation. A dishwasher is included.

Polurrian Beach is only 400 metres away. Mullion Cove Beach is around 900 metres from the villa, and Poldhu Cove Beach is roughly 0.9 miles further along the coast, giving guests several nearby options without needing a long drive. The on-site facilities include heated pools, a gym, tennis court and a children's playground. Because these belong to the hotel rather than the villa itself, it's worth confirming opening times, access conditions and any additional charges before booking.

Dogs aren't accepted here, so this suits guests without pets. Anyone with mobility requirements should ask about the route between parking, the villa, the leisure facilities and the beach, since none of these are described as step-free.

Changeover day is Saturday. Mullion is the nearest village, and the villa sleeps six across three bedrooms with two bathrooms.

**Best for:** six guests wanting beach proximity and shared hotel leisure facilities in a family-friendly setting with a children's playground.

**Less good for:** dog owners, guests needing step-free access, or a standalone property away from a hotel complex.
