Villa 80 is a two-bedroom villa within Una Resort in Carbis Bay, sleeping 4 across two en-suite bedrooms. The villa has its own private hot tub and access to the resort's shared pool - an unusual combination that sets it apart from most self-catering properties in the area. Carbis Bay beach, a Blue Flag sandy cove, is around 700 metres away on foot.

Inside, the villa has 2 bathrooms, a dishwasher, and Wi-Fi throughout. The enclosed garden offers a private outside space. Parking is included on the resort. A washer/dryer is included. Saturday changeover. Two well-behaved pets are welcome.

Carbis Bay sits a mile south of St Ives, connected by the South West Coast Path and by the St Ives Bay branch-line railway - one stop to St Erth links to mainline services. The Carbis Bay Hotel, which hosted the 2021 G7 summit, is on the headland above the beach. St Ives itself is a 25-minute coastal walk east, with its galleries, harbour, and restaurants. Porthminster Beach is 1.7 miles from the resort.

Best for: couples or families of 4 wanting resort facilities - pool and hot tub - with direct beach access and a base for exploring St Ives. Less good for: those wanting a rural setting away from a resort complex.
