Porthkidney Beach is 900 metres away, reachable via the coast path from the garden gate. Carbis Bay is about 1.9 miles away and Gwithian Towans is roughly 2.3 miles from the bungalow, both worth the short drive for a change of sand and surf conditions. St Ives itself, with its galleries, restaurants and shops, is a twenty-minute drive away.

The accommodation is set on one floor. A utility area holds a washing machine and tumble dryer, and the living room has a large picture window facing the garden, with views over St Ives Bay. Guests who need step-free access should check with the owner before booking.
