Waves Edge

Waves Edge is a four-bedroom cottage on the Trerieve Estate in Downderry, sleeping 7 across 2 bathrooms. The layout is reverse-level, with the main living and dining spaces on the upper floor - a practical arrangement that puts the balcony views and the wood burner in the room where they matter most. Downderry Beach, a south-facing mile-long stretch of sand and shingle with rock pools at low tide, is 400 metres away on foot.

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, and the sitting room has the wood burner for cooler evenings. A garden and private parking are included. Wi-Fi is provided. Two well-behaved pets are welcome.

The village of Downderry is small and quiet - a pub, a village shop, and reliable access to the beach without the crowd levels of larger resorts. Plaidy Beach is 3 miles to the west, and East Looe Beach 3.7 miles, offering additional options for a day out.
