Westcott House The Warren is an upside-down three-bedroom house on the Warren in St Ives, sleeping 6 in a king-size, two twin rooms, and a sofa bed. The first-floor open-plan living area has harbour views, with a terracotta-tiled kitchen and three bedrooms on the ground floor - one king-size with harbour views, two with twin beds - plus two shower rooms and a washer/dryer in the hallway. Porthminster Beach is 100 metres, St Ives Harbour Beach 200 metres.

St Ives has cobbled streets of independent shops, cafes, pubs and seafood restaurants. The Tate Gallery, one of only four worldwide, shows local artists alongside international exhibitions, and the town's four beaches - Porthmeor, Porthgwidden, Harbour Beach and Porthminster - are all close by. Surfers head 9 miles to Gwithian and Godrevy for more consistent waves, and the South West Coast Path runs through town for cliff-top walks. The St Ives Food & Drink Festival in May and a Music & Arts Festival in September are on the yearly calendar. St Michael's Mount is a 9-mile drive, and Land's End is 18 miles.

The enclosed patio garden has sun loungers and outdoor furniture, and the upstairs open-plan living space has sloping ceilings, wooden flooring and views of the harbour and out to sea from the dining area windows. The property is dog-friendly with a washing machine.
