Windrush is a five-bedroom house in Mawgan Porth, sleeping eight across two bathrooms. The ground floor is fully accessible, making this one of the more practical options in the area for guests with mobility requirements. An open fire in the living room adds warmth in shoulder season, and the enclosed garden provides outdoor space for the group.

Mawgan Porth beach is 500m on foot - a wide sand bay at the bottom of the valley with a surf school, a seasonal lifeguard service, and the Merrymoor pub directly above the sand. Bedruthan Steps is 1.5km north along the coast path, a National Trust headland with dramatic stacks accessible at low tide. Watergate Bay is 3.5km south, with surf schools and the Fifteen Cornwall restaurant site on the clifftop.

Parking, a dishwasher, washing machine, and WiFi are all included. No dogs permitted at this property. The village has a small shop, a couple of cafes, and the Bedruthan Hotel a short walk north. Saturday changeover.

This house is best for larger families or two-household groups who need accessible ground-floor sleeping and want a sandy beach within a short walk.
