Rock village is around 3km by road or accessible on the coast path, with the passenger ferry to Padstow crossing the Camel Estuary from there. The Camel Trail, Cornwall's most-used cycling route, begins in Padstow. Padstow itself is around 7km by road from Polzeath.

Best for guests planning to spend most of the week on or near the water, with beach time, surfing and coastal walks all on the doorstep. Less good for those wanting quiet evenings - Polzeath is active through the school holidays, and the apartment sits directly above the main village shopping area.
