Breakers View

Breakers View is a four-bedroom reverse-level cottage in Polzeath, sleeping eight guests across ground-floor bedrooms with the open-plan living space on the first floor. The elevated living area has a log burner, balcony, and views over the surrounding coastline. The property is 500 metres from Polzeath Beach.

The ground floor has four bedrooms: a super-king-size zip-and-link with en-suite walk-in shower, a king-size with en-suite shower, a king-size with Jack-and-Jill access to a freestanding bath and walk-in shower, and a twin. Heated towel rails are fitted in all bathrooms. A utility room on the same level has a washing machine, tumble dryer and under-counter fridge. Upstairs, the kitchen is equipped with two fan ovens, induction hob, American fridge/freezer, dishwasher and two temperature-controlled wine coolers.

Outside, an enclosed rear garden has a patio, gravelled area, fire pit, barbecue and furniture. An outdoor heated shower, wetsuit hanging rails and surfboard racks are provided. EV charging is available. Private driveway parking accommodates three cars, with a fourth labelled space on the private road. No pets allowed.

Polzeath Beach is a half-mile sandy beach with RNLI lifeguards and surf schools operating in season. Greenaway Beach, a quieter cove with rock pools, is 0.8 miles away. Daymer Bay, sheltered and family-friendly, lies 1.1 miles along the coast. The coast path to Pentire Point starts from the beach.

Best for surfers or families with gear to store, thanks to the wetsuit hanging rails, surfboard racks and outdoor heated shower. Less good for guests bringing a pet, as the property does not allow dogs.
