Rock village is a short drive, with the passenger ferry across the Camel to Padstow and its harbour restaurants.

Best for: groups of eight - particularly families or two couples - who want generous space, indoor games, and surf-beach access in north Cornwall. Less suited to guests wanting a coastal or sea-view setting; the estate sits inland.
