lodge Lanreath
10 Stonerush Valley
from £628/week
Lakeside lodge for four with a gated hot tub deck
Lakes and woodland surround 10 Stonerush Valley, a single-storey lodge in Lanreath on the Stonerush Lakes site. The enclosed, gated decking has furniture and a hot tub.
Inside, the open-plan living area holds the kitchen, dining and sitting areas, with two TVs. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer and dishwasher. The double bedroom has a TV and an en-suite walk-in shower, and the twin shares a family bathroom with a bath and shower over. The lodge sleeps four. Bed linen, towels, two bathrobes, toiletries, fuel and power are all included, and a cot and highchair are available.
Parking is off-road for one car, with an EV charging point. Pets are not allowed, and neither is smoking. Because of the balcony decking area and as there are lakes and open water on the site, children must be accompanied at all times. Barbecues cannot be brought to the site, and Sunday arrivals are not permitted. Check-in is from 4pm and check-out is by 10am.
The nearest shop is 3.4 miles away and the pub 3.5 miles, so a car is useful. The Old Mill Bar and Restaurant is on the lakeside, and Looe, Polperro and Fowey are a short drive. It suits a couple or a small family, though children need watching near the lakes and decking.
