10 Water's Edge

Water views come with the setting at 10 Water's Edge, a single-storey lodge on a private lodge park in Lanreath, overlooking a lake and surrounded by woodland. The rear garden is enclosed and gated. It holds decking, furniture and a hot tub, and the lake can be seen from it. Inside, the open-plan living space combines a kitchen, dining area and sitting area, with two TVs and WiFi in the lodge.

The double bedroom has an en-suite walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail and WC. The second bedroom is a twin. A separate bathroom has a bath with a shower over, a basin, a heated towel rail and a WC. The kitchen has an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. Gas central heating, fuel and power, bed linen, towels, two bathrobes and toiletries are included. A travel cot (no mattress) and highchair are available.

One well-behaved dog is welcome. Smoking is not allowed, and charging an electric vehicle is not permitted. Parking is off-road, and there is a step up to the property, so take care. Check-in is 4pm, check-out is 10am, and Sunday arrivals are not permitted.

The Old Mill Bar & Restaurant is a short stroll away, and the nearest shop is 2 miles off with a pub 3.5 miles away. The lodge suits a couple or a small family with a dog, and is less good for groups of more than four, as it sleeps four.
