16 Forth An Nance

16 Forth An Nance is a semi-detached house in Portreath, with the beach 0.1 mile away and the shop and pub both 0.2 miles. It sleeps eight, and the ground floor gives a group plenty of places to spread out: a sitting room, a separate dining room, a sun room, the kitchen and a cloakroom.

All four bedrooms are upstairs. The king-size room has a balcony and a basin, and the others are a double, a twin and a bunk room. The bathroom has a bath with a shower over, a basin, a bidet and a WC, and a ground-floor cloakroom adds a basin and WC. The kitchen has a hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. WiFi, a TV, central heating, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included.

Outside there is an enclosed front garden with lawn and patio, and an enclosed courtyard at the back with a picnic bench. Allocated off-road parking takes two cars. One well-behaved pet is welcome, and smoking is not allowed. The South West Coast Path runs through the village, and Tehidy Country Park is nearby for woodland walks.

The house suits a family or a group of friends of up to eight, with the bunk room for younger guests. It is less good for anyone bringing more than one dog, as only one pet is allowed.
