SeaEsta is a 4-storey townhouse in Portreath sleeping 8 guests across 4 en-suite bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms have private balconies with sea views over the bay. The open-plan kitchen and dining area seats 8, with a wood burner for cooler evenings and an integrated sound system throughout. A private garden and BBQ are available to the rear. Dogs are welcome. Wifi, parking, and a dishwasher are included. No washing machine.

Portreath Beach is 200 metres from the front door - a wide sandy bay enclosed by cliffs on both sides, with consistent surf and a harbour wall on the north side. The beach is patrolled by lifeguards in summer and is used by both beginner surfers and families. Portreath village has a pub and a small shop; more facilities are available at Redruth, about 4 miles inland. Godrevy Beach and its lighthouse are 4.7 miles along the coast road - a popular drive and walk combination.

The north Cornish coast path runs through Portreath, giving direct access to the cliffs in both directions. The section toward Hell's Mouth to the west covers dramatic cliff scenery above the open Atlantic. Newquay is approximately 20 miles north along the coast.

Best for groups of 8 who want a direct sea view and beach access from a well-equipped house. Works well for families with dogs who need space across multiple floors. Less good for guests who need a washing machine on site - the nearest launderette is in Redruth.
