On-site parking is included in the booking - a genuine practical advantage in St Ives, where central street parking is scarce and the council car parks charge by the day. A washing machine and dishwasher are on site.

Porthmeor Beach, the north-facing surf beach on the opposite side of the headland, is 800 metres away. Tate St Ives - the gallery with its ocean views and rotating programme of contemporary art - is close by. St Ives Harbour Beach is 500 metres from the front door.

Dogs are welcome throughout. Best for families with young children who want a central base with private parking and easy beach access. Works well for two couples sharing costs. Not great for groups wanting a large communal living space - the footprint is compact for more than 4 people.
