A one-bedroom apartment on St Ives Piazza with direct Atlantic views over Porthmeor Beach, sleeping four. The beach itself is 200 metres away - close enough to hear the surf at night.

The apartment is open-plan with modern interiors and two balconies facing the Atlantic. A mezzanine double bedroom handles the main sleeping; a sofa bed in the lounge takes the additional two guests. One bathroom serves the whole apartment, so it suits two couples or a small family rather than four independent adults. Washing machine and WiFi are included. The apartment is on the third floor, with a bistro table and chairs on each balcony.

The position in the heart of St Ives means the Harbour Beach, Porthgwidden, and Porthmeor are all under 5 minutes on foot. The Tate St Ives gallery sits immediately above Porthmeor Beach. Barbara Hepworth Museum and Sculpture Garden is a short uphill walk from the Piazza. Parking is provided, which matters in St Ives where spaces in the centre are limited. Dogs are not accepted.

Best for couples or a pair of families who want to wake up to Atlantic views without needing a car to reach the beach. Less suited to groups wanting separate living space or guests who struggle with stairs to a mezzanine bedroom.
