24 Valley Lodge

24 Valley Lodge is on Honicombe Park near Drakewalls, which is 1.2 miles away. The park is near the small town of Callington. It sleeps six and the layout runs in reverse: all three bedrooms are on the ground floor, and the living space is upstairs.

The bedrooms are a king-size with jack-and-jill access to the bathroom, and two twins. The ground-floor bathroom has a bath and hand-held shower, and there is a second ground-floor shower room with a walk-in shower. Upstairs, an open-plan space holds the kitchen, dining area and sitting area. The kitchen has an oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine, and the TV has Freeview, with WiFi. Electric central heating, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included, and a highchair is available.

Outside, there is a balcony with furniture and rear decking with more furniture. Parking is a designated space for one car plus a communal car park. The park has a children's play area, an arcade and a pub, and the pub is 0.4 miles away. There are no check-ins on Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year's Day or Easter Sunday. The park's pools are closed until further notice.

One well-behaved pet is welcome, and the lodge is non-smoking. The lodge suits a family or three couples who want separate ground-floor bedrooms, and is less good for anyone who wants to avoid stairs, as the kitchen and sitting area are on the first floor.
