9 Manorcombe Bungalows is a single-level bungalow on the Honicombe Manor Holiday Resort at St Ann's Chapel, 4.4 miles from Callington. It sleeps six across three bedrooms: a super-king, a king-size and a twin. The bathroom has a bath with a shower over it, and a cloakroom adds a basin and WC.

The open-plan living space runs from the sitting area, with its TV and DVD player, through the dining area to the kitchen at the back. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and a small deep freezer. Electric central heating is provided. Outside, a patio has garden furniture and a barbecue, and there is allocated parking for one car.

Use of the resort's indoor and outdoor swimming pool and gym is included in the rental, and the resort also has a bar and a shop on site. Two well-behaved pets are welcome. Smoking is not allowed. Away from the resort, the nearest shop is 1.5 miles off and the nearest pub is 1.2 miles.

With three bedrooms and one bathroom, the bungalow suits a family or a group of friends sharing; it is best for guests happy to stay on the resort, as the shop and pub outside it are more than a mile away.
