Ground-floor lodge with sunken hot tub, sleeps 4
3 Valley View is a two-bedroom lodge on a park in a valley of lakes, woodland and open farmland at Lanreath, in south-east Cornwall. It sleeps four and everything is on one floor: a double with an en-suite shower and a twin, plus a separate bathroom with a bath and shower over.
The open-plan living room has a kitchen with a gas hob, electric oven, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer and dishwasher, along with a dining area, a sitting area and a TV. Gas central heating, fuel and power are included, as are bed linen, towels, two bathrobes and travel-size toiletries. A travel cot (without a mattress) and a highchair can be hired.
The decking is enclosed and gated, with outdoor furniture and a sunken hot tub. Parking is off-road for two cars, and there is an EV charging point. The park's bar and restaurant are on site, and the nearest shop is 3 miles away. Looe is 5 miles away and Polperro 6.
Two well-behaved dogs are welcome and must be kept on a lead at all times on site. Smoking is not allowed, and Sunday arrivals are not permitted. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out at 10am. With two bedrooms on one floor, the lodge suits a couple or a small family and is less good for groups of more than four.
