4 The Terrace is a mid-terrace townhouse on the waterfront in Rock, north Cornwall, spread across four floors with six bedrooms and three bathrooms. The property sleeps up to 13 guests, making it one of the larger holiday homes in the village.

The ground floor has a sitting room with dining area, a kitchen with breakfast bar, and a cloakroom. A basement utility room houses the washing machine and tumble dryer. Upstairs, four bedrooms occupy the first floor - three with super king-size doubles (two convertible to twins on request) and one twin, served by an en-suite bathroom and a separate family bathroom. The top floor has two further bedrooms, a bathroom, and a second sitting room. The property is wheelchair accessible at ground level.

A lawned garden and paved courtyard sit outside, with parking for two cars. Two well-behaved pets are welcome. The nearest pub is 0.2 miles away, and a bakery is 0.9 miles along the road.

Rock faces Padstow across the Camel Estuary, with the water taxi crossing every 20 minutes. Daymer Bay Beach, a sheltered sandy beach backed by dunes where John Betjeman is buried at St Enodoc church, is 2km south. Greenaway Beach, a quiet cove with rock pools, is 2.7km away. The Camel Trail cycle path can be picked up at Wadebridge, 4 miles south, and Polzeath's surf beach is about 3.6km north.
