A first-floor two-bedroom apartment at 5 Four Seasons in Carbis Bay, sleeping 4. The open-plan living area opens onto a private sea-facing terrace with views that stretch from Godrevy Lighthouse to St Ives harbour - a wide sweep of the bay that changes through the day.

Two bedrooms on the first floor, one bathroom, with WiFi, parking, dishwasher, and washing machine. The kitchen also has an oven, hob, fridge/freezer, wine cooler and coffee machine, and the bathroom is a shower room with a walk-in shower. The terrace runs the width of the flat and catches the afternoon light. There is a sea-view terrace. Dogs are welcome.

Carbis Bay beach is 400 metres down the hill - a wide arc of pale sand with lifeguard cover from May to September. Porthkidney Beach, the quieter spit of sand between Carbis Bay and Lelant, is 1.1 miles along the coast path. St Ives harbour, with the Barbara Hepworth Sculpture Garden and the Tate St Ives above Porthmeor, is 1.4 miles - walkable along the coast or a short train hop on the St Ives Bay Line. Porthminster Beach is 1.4 miles from the cottage.

Best for couples or small families who want sea views and easy beach access without paying St Ives prices. Less suited to guests who need ground-floor access.
