6 Valley View

6 Valley View is a two-bedroom lodge beside the lakes at Lanreath, with everything on one level and a hot tub on its own gated balcony terrace. It sleeps four. The double bedroom has an en-suite shower, basin and WC, the second bedroom is a twin, and a separate bathroom has a bath with a shower over it. The front door is reached up some steps.

The open-plan living area holds the kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area that opens onto the terrace, which is enclosed and comes with furniture. The kitchen has an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, dishwasher and washer/dryer. Fibre optic broadband and gas central heating are provided, and fuel and power are included in the rent. Bed linen, towels, two bathrobes and travel-size toiletries are supplied, and a travel cot without a mattress and a highchair can be hired.

One well-behaved pet is welcome and must stay on a lead at all times on site. Parking is off-road for one car, and there is an EV charging point. Smoking is not allowed, barbecues cannot be brought to the site, and Sunday arrivals are not permitted. The balcony terrace and the lakes mean children must be supervised at all times.

The Old Mill Bar & Restaurant is on site, 0.1 miles away, while the nearest shop is 4 miles off. The lodge suits a family of four or two couples; the steps to the front door make it less good for anyone who struggles with steps.
