63 The Maples

A single-storey cottage at the Meadow Lakes holiday park in Hewas Water near St Austell, 63 The Maples is a ground-floor property with two bedrooms and access to a heated outdoor swimming pool. The park also has a guest shop, cafe, indoor and outdoor play areas, a petting zoo, and a fishing lake.

The double bedroom has a Smart TV and en-suite walk-in shower with basin and WC. The twin bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom with a full bath, basin, and WC. The open-plan living area combines a kitchen with gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, and dishwasher, a dining section, and a sitting area with an electric fire and Smart TV. WiFi is included throughout.

Outside, an enclosed decking area provides seating. Off-road parking is available for two cars. Bed linen, towels, fuel, and power are all included in the rental.

Pentewan Beach - nearly a mile of golden sand with lifeguard cover in summer - is 6.1km to the south. Porthpean Beach, a sheltered cove with rock pools and safe swimming, is 6.9km away. The Eden Project is about 4 miles north, and the Lost Gardens of Heligan are a similar distance south, making this a practical mid-Cornwall base.
