lodge Lanreath
7 Valley View
from £632/week
Lodge for four with gated decking and hot tub
Gated decking closes off the hot tub at 7 Valley View, so it can be used without anyone straying out. The single-storey lodge is set above the surrounding countryside, on a spacious plot near Lanreath, a short drive from Looe and Polperro. It sleeps four.
Large doors open from the open-plan living space onto the decking. The room holds the kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area with a Smart TV. In the kitchen there is an electric oven and hob, a microwave, a fridge/freezer and a dishwasher. The king-size bedroom has an en-suite shower room with a heated towel rail, and the twin room shares the main bathroom with a bath and a shower over it. WiFi is included, as are bed linen, towels, electricity and heating fuel, along with two bathrobes and travel-size toiletries.
One well-behaved dog is welcome and must be on a lead at all times on site. Off-road parking is provided. Steps lead up to the lodge, which may be unsuitable for anyone with mobility difficulties. The shop is 1.8 miles away and the pub 2.7 miles. A travel cot (no mattress) and a highchair can be hired. Barbecues cannot be brought to the site, the lodge is non-smoking, and Sunday arrivals are not permitted.
It suits a couple or a family of four with one dog, and is less good for anyone who would struggle with the steps.
