8 Karn Havos

8 Karn Havos is a reverse-level house near St Eval, sleeping 8 in 4 bedrooms across the ground floor. The first-floor open-plan living space sits above the bedrooms, giving the main living area an elevated position with views over the surrounding countryside.

Four bedrooms occupy the ground floor: two king-size rooms have en-suite walk-in showers, a third king-size room can be configured as a twin on request, and the fourth is a super-king. A family bathroom with bath and shower over completes the ground floor. The first-floor kitchen includes a wine fridge, coffee maker, instant hot tap and dishwasher. Smart TV and WiFi are provided.

Off-road parking includes EV charging. The property is heated by heat pumps. One small dog is welcome, though large dogs and puppies are not accepted. No children under 4 are permitted.

Bedruthan Steps Beach - a dramatic stretch of sand with towering sea stacks - is 800m away, though the descent involves steep cliff steps and swimming is not advised. Mawgan Porth beach, a wide sandy bay with lifeguards in season, surf schools and a cafe, is 1.1 miles north. The Scarlet Hotel and Bedruthan Hotel sit on the cliffs above Mawgan Porth. Pubs and shops are about 1.5 miles away in the local area.

Best for a group of up to eight surfers or friends wanting easy access to Bedruthan Steps and Mawgan Porth. Less good for families with children under 4 or large dogs - neither is permitted at this property.
