Access is via stairs from the ground floor - there is no lift. One allocated parking space comes with the apartment. Fistral Beach is a flat 10-minute walk west. Towan Beach and Newquay harbour are 900m east, with the harbour offering boat trips and a Rick Stein chip shop that draws queues through summer. Great Western Beach sits 1.2km away - a sheltered sandy bay with a tidal pool that the Headland beaches lack. Cornwall Airport Newquay is 5 miles away, with direct flights to London Gatwick operated by British Airways.
