9 Lyonesse Apartments

Number 9 Lyonesse is a two-bedroom apartment in St Ives for four guests. One king-size room and one twin are matched by two bathrooms, one en-suite to the main bedroom and one shared family bathroom. It is a ground-floor apartment, with both bedrooms and the bathrooms on the same level.

Sea views extend over Hayle and Godrevy and can be seen from the patio. Wi-Fi, parking and a dishwasher are included, along with a whirlpool bath. Dogs are not accepted. The apartment sits in a building close to the town's restaurants and art galleries. Parking is available on site, which is useful given how central the apartment is.

Porthminster Beach is 300 metres away. St Ives Harbour Beach is 400 metres from the apartment and Porthmeor Beach is 0.4 miles. St Ives station is less than half a mile away, with a 10-minute train on the St Ives Bay Line to St Erth, and the harbour, shops and galleries are within easy walking distance.

The patio at the front has a picnic bench, and the kitchen has granite worktops, a double electric oven and a gas hob.

**Best for:** a family or friends wanting two bathrooms, sea views, a patio, parking and Porthminster Beach within 300 metres. **Less good for:** guests travelling with a dog.
