A second-floor apartment in the Tate Reach development at Barnoon in St Ives, named after the self-taught painter who lived and worked in the town. The apartment sleeps four and accepts one well-behaved medium-sized dog. Two balconies were refurbished and reopened in January 2025.

Two bedrooms - a king-size and a twin - each have an en-suite wet room with walk-in shower. The open-plan living area runs kitchen, dining, and sitting space together, with a dishwasher, coffee machine, washer/dryer, and Smart TV included. The Barnoon location places the apartment between Porthmeor and the harbour, with direct sight lines towards the Atlantic from the upper balcony.

Porthmeor Beach is 200 metres away - an Atlantic-facing surf beach directly below Tate St Ives, lifeguarded from May to September. St Ives Harbour Beach sits 200 metres in the other direction, sheltered by Smeaton's Pier. Porthminster Beach is a 400-metre walk south. Parking is at Barnoon Car Park (pay and display, 2 minutes' walk) or at a reserved space 8-10 minutes on foot.

Best for couples or small families who want both surf beach and harbour within a few minutes' walk and don't need a car for the duration. Less suited to guests expecting private outdoor space or a quiet off-season retreat - the Tate Reach position puts you in the middle of the summer crowds.
