The apartment is well positioned for anyone who wants quick access to the town's galleries, cafes, and coastline. Tate St Ives and the Barbara Hepworth Sculpture Garden are within a 10-minute walk. WiFi, a washing machine, and parking for one car at street level are included.

Access is important to note - the apartment is reached by steep steps, so it is not good for guests with mobility restrictions. Parking for one car is located at the bottom of the steps rather than adjacent to the front door. The bunk room works for children but is compact for adults.

Suitable for families with children who are confident on steps. Ideal for couples who want a central base in one of the most visited towns in Cornwall without paying harbour-front prices. Not great for guests who need level access or need to carry a lot of equipment to the front door.
