Mousehole beach is reachable by a short drive or, for fit walkers, via a coastal path stretch that runs along the cliffs between Newlyn and the village. Newlyn itself - Cornwall's largest active fishing port - is a similar distance in the other direction and has a covered market and fish merchants.
