Underfloor heating runs through the main living area, which has a log burner in the corner and a sofa built by Colefax and Fowler. The kitchen is handcrafted by George Robinson, with a Bertazzoni oven, induction hob and dishwasher. Free EV charging and private on-site parking are both included, along with free WiFi.

Newlyn is a working fishing village with several of Cornwall's better-known restaurants close by, including Argoe and Mackerel Sky. Mousehole is around a 15-minute walk along the seafront, and Mousehole Beach itself is 1.1 miles by road. Six pubs and a run of coffee shops sit within easy walking distance.
