Avalon Praa Sands

Avalon Praa Sands is a two bedroom apartment for four guests, with check-in from 4pm and check-out by 10am. A king size room and a twin are matched by two bathrooms, giving a family or two couples more privacy than many properties of this size.

Sea views reach the open-plan living area and the south-facing balcony. Parking is included, and dogs are not accepted. A separate utility room has laundry facilities, and the single-level apartment can be reached by the stairs, the lift or a stair-free rear entrance. A communal wetsuit wash area is useful after time in the water. The king size bedroom has its own en suite shower room, the twin sits on the same level, and the living area has a Smart TV, a Bluetooth speaker and a dining set with four chairs.

Praa Sands, a mile-long surf beach with a beach break that works across a range of swell conditions, is 100m from the apartment. Prussia Cove, the old smugglers' cove reached along the coast path, and Porthcew Rinsey Cove are each 1.2 miles away. Porthleven is 5 miles away and Penzance 9 miles, putting the mining coast around Helston within easy reach for a day out.

**Best for:** Families or friends wanting two bathrooms, sea views, a south-facing balcony and the beach within 100m.

**Less good for:** Guests travelling with a dog.
