No dog access. Saturday changeover, with check-in from 3:00 pm and check-out by 10:00 am. A cot and a highchair are available, and a pub or shop is within a mile.

Praa Sands itself is relatively sheltered for a west-facing beach. Porthleven - a working harbour with several seafood restaurants - is about 3 miles east. Prussia Cove and Rinsey Cove are both around 1.2 miles along the coast path toward the Lizard. Helston, the nearest town with supermarkets, is around 5 miles inland.

Best for families wanting to be right next to a sandy beach with minimal driving each day. Less good for guests needing a dog-friendly property.
