The penthouse at Belyars Croft Apartments reaches the top of the building by two flights of internal stairs, and there is no lift. That climb puts the open-plan living space under a vaulted ceiling, with floor-to-ceiling glass doors onto a decked balcony facing the sea. The balcony has a table and four chairs. The apartment is in St Ives, a short walk from the harbour, and the beach is 0.5 miles away.

It sleeps four, and children must be over eight. The king-size bedroom has an en-suite shower and a Smart TV, and the twin room has a Smart TV too. Both are at the rear, and the family bathroom has a bath with a shower over. The living area has a five-seater corner sofa, a glass dining table with six chairs and a large Smart TV, while the kitchen has granite worktops, a dishwasher and an integrated washer/dryer. Gas central heating is included in the rent. A lockable shed in the grounds is open to guests for beach gear, surfboards or bikes.

The apartment has one permit parking space, unallocated, at the rear of the building. No pets are allowed and it is no smoking. Building work is continuing at Carrick Lodge, which is reached by vehicle through the shared driveway and parking area at Belyars Croft, and it is expected to run throughout 2026, so expect some noise and site vehicles during the day. The shop is 0.3 miles away and the pub 0.4 miles.

The penthouse suits a couple or a family with children over eight, and it is less good for anyone travelling with toddlers or a dog, or who wants to avoid stairs.
