It's one of four apartments on site, UKC3536 to UKC3539, each with its own patio and parking space, a rarity in the village. The bedroom has a kingsize bed and French doors onto the patio.

The open-plan living area runs a 32-inch TV, DVD player and electric fire, with a kitchen breakfast bar, electric oven and hob, microwave and fridge. A shower room with heated towel rail and separate toilet completes the layout. Oil central heating, linen, towels and WiFi are included; a shared freezer is available on request.

The grounds have raised flower beds, pathways and a fish pond, with a shared patio area and private parking for one car. Shops, cafes, galleries and pubs in Mevagissey are within a mile, and the harbour, built around 1774, is still a working fishing base. Pentewan is 1.5 miles away by coastal footpath, past Portmellon.
