Breakers Point is a modern three-storey townhouse on Ayr Terrace in St Ives, sleeping four across two bedrooms. The property sits 500 metres from Porthmeor Beach - the Atlantic-facing surf beach directly below Tate St Ives - with off-road parking for one car, a notable advantage in a town where spaces are scarce.

The accommodation is arranged over three floors. Two bedrooms - a king-size and a twin (convertible to king-size on request) - are complemented by a bathroom with bath and separate shower. The open-plan living area combines kitchen, dining and sitting space. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, microwave, slim-line dishwasher and fridge/freezer. A washer/dryer handles laundry. A cot, highchair and stairgate are available for families with young children.

Outside, a patio with garden furniture provides an outdoor seating area. The parking space measures 2.3 m wide and 9 m long, suited to a smaller car. Note that stairs to the top floor are steep and narrow, though fitted with banisters.

St Ives Harbour Beach is 600 metres away, and Porthminster Beach 700 metres. The town has four beaches in total, along with Tate St Ives, the Barbara Hepworth Museum, and over 30 independent galleries. Porthmeor has RNLI lifeguards in season, surf hire, and showers on the beachfront.
