Dog-friendly lodge for four on a Wendron holiday park
Bushwood Lodge sits on a holiday park at Wendron, 1.5 miles from Helston. The single-storey lodge has a double bedroom and a bunk room, so it sleeps four, and a walk-in shower room serves both. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent.
Kitchen, dining and sitting areas share one open-plan room, with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge and central heating. There is a Smart TV, Amazon Alexa and WiFi. Patio doors open to a non-enclosed gravel and lawned area with outdoor furniture. Off-road parking is provided, and a highchair and travel cot are available.
The park has a family-run bar and restaurant, open daily, with the pub 0.1 miles away on site, and the nearest shop is 1.1 miles away. On-site there is an adventure playground with a climbing frame and slides, a golf course, football golf and rugby golf.
One well-behaved pet is welcome, and smoking is not allowed. During the summer holidays the minimum stay is seven nights. The lodge can also be booked alongside other lodges on the park, up to 32 guests in total. It suits a young family and a dog; it is less good for groups above four.
