Camellia is a three-bedroom house on Parc Wartha Avenue in Penzance, sleeping 6 in west Cornwall's largest town. Two separate living spaces - a sitting room and a snug - give a group of six more room to spread out than most three-bed lets manage.

Inside, there are 3 bedrooms - 2 doubles and a king - served by a bathroom with walk-in shower, basin, and WC. The kitchen/diner has an electric oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, and dishwasher. A separate sitting room and snug provide two distinct living spaces. Wi-Fi is included throughout, along with fuel, power, bed linen, and towels. A high chair and travel cot are available on request.

The rear garden is enclosed, with a lawn, patio, and outdoor furniture. On-road unrestricted parking is available outside. Eastern Green Beach - a sandy, south-facing family beach with views across Mount's Bay to St Michael's Mount - is 1.1 miles away. Long Rock Beach, a sand and shingle stretch between Penzance and Marazion, is 1.9 miles east.

Penzance Leisure Centre, with indoor swimming pools and a spa, is a 5-minute walk. The town centre has the Art Deco Jubilee Pool lido on the seafront, Penlee House Gallery showing Newlyn School paintings, and the Scillonian III ferry to the Isles of Scilly. A pub is 0.2 miles away, and the nearest shop is 0.4 miles.
