Campion Cottage

Campion Cottage is a single-storey cottage near Bude sleeping 5 guests in 2 bedrooms, within a small complex at Poughill that includes a shared indoor heated swimming pool, children's playground and a games room with table tennis and pool table. The ground-floor layout makes it accessible for guests with limited mobility.

The double bedroom and family room (3 single beds) share a bathroom with bath and shower over. An open-plan living area combines kitchen, dining and sitting space with TV and Wi-Fi. A shared laundry room on-site has 3 washing machines and 2 tumble dryers. All bedding and towels are provided. Up to 2 dogs are welcome.

Off-road parking takes 2 cars. The private rear garden is enclosed and lawned with furniture and a BBQ. Shared grounds include an orchard and the children's play area.

Crooklets Beach and Summerleaze Beach are both 2.7 miles from the cottage - Crooklets has RNLI lifeguard cover and a cafe, while Summerleaze is home to Bude's well-known tidal sea pool. Bude's town centre, with its harbour and canal, is about 2 miles away. The South West Coast Path passes through Bude in both directions with 30 miles of north Cornwall clifftop within reach.

**Best for:** Families with young children who want pool access without a beach-priced location, plus ground-floor convenience and dog-friendly grounds. **Less good for:** Couples after seclusion - this is a small complex with shared facilities.
