Clearwater

Clearwater stands at Gallinas Point in the centre of St Ives, a short stroll from the harbour and the scenic railway. The beach is 0.3 miles away, and the nearest shop and pub are 0.4 miles. The apartment is on the ground floor and sleeps four, with a cot and highchair provided.

Sliding patio doors open from the open-plan living space onto a south-facing decked terrace, which is enclosed and furnished with a table and chairs for four. Inside, the kitchen, dining and sitting areas share one room. The kitchen has an oven, electric hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and coffee machine, and a utility room off the hallway houses a washer/dryer. A Smart TV, a Nintendo Wii with games, a Bluetooth speaker and WiFi are provided, and gas central heating is included with the fuel and power.

The king-size bedroom has an en-suite walk-in shower, basin and WC, and the twin room sits next to the family bathroom, which has a bath with a shower over and a heated towel rail. Each bedroom has a TV and DVD player. Bed linen and towels are included, a highchair is provided, and guests using the cot bring their own bedding.

Two well-behaved dogs are welcome. Parking is a single off-road space behind a barrier, so two-car groups will need to plan around that. Smoking is not allowed. Check-in is from 4pm and check-out by 10am. The apartment suits a family of four or two couples sharing, and is less good for groups arriving in two cars.
