Coach House

Coach House is a two-storey apartment on Clowance Holiday Park, near Praze An Beeble. The apartment has exposed beams and is reached by stairs. There is a shared courtyard with furniture and a hot tub.

Both bedrooms have a TV and their own en-suite with a walk-in shower, basin and WC. The king-size room also holds a washer/dryer, and the second room has twin beds, so the apartment sleeps four. The open-plan living space brings the kitchen, dining table and seating together. The kitchen has an oven, grill, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, kettle and toaster, and there are three TVs plus WiFi.

Bed linen, towels, fuel and power are covered by the rent. A cot and a highchair can be arranged, though the cot mattress and linen are not supplied. Two cars have designated parking near the apartment, with extra spaces in the on-site car park, where EV chargers are also available.

Guests can use the park's indoor swimming pool and spa, the Lakeview restaurant and the gym. Because the hot tub is shared, and its water is changed between stays, it may not be at full temperature on the first night. The stairs make the apartment less good for anyone who finds them hard going; it suits two couples who each want an en-suite. No pets are accepted, smoking is not permitted, and a refundable bond is taken.
