St Ives Studio

St Ives Studio is a lodge on Clowance holiday park near Praze-an-Beeble, and despite the name it is not in St Ives. It is a two-storey lodge with one double bedroom and an open-plan living space where the double sofa bed sleeps the second pair of guests. It is suitable for two adults and two children, and the sofa bed is for children up to the age of 7.

The shower room has a walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail and WC. The kitchen has an electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher, and there is a hair dryer, iron and ironing board. Bed linen, towels, fuel and power are included. A highchair is available on request.

Outside is decking with furniture. Parking is designated for 1 car near the lodge, with more in the on-site car park, where EV chargers are available. The park has an indoor swimming pool and spa, tennis, a gym, a children's playground and the Lakeview restaurant. There are steps up to the property, and pets and smoking are not allowed.

The lodge sits near Praze An Beeble, the village with a pub, shop and Post Office. It suits a family with two young children and is ideal for anyone who wants activities on the doorstep. It is less good for two couples or a group of adults, since the sofa bed is meant for children and the lodge has only one bedroom.
