Coastal Hot Tub, Hidden St Ives

Large windows in the open-plan living room of Coastal Hot Tub frame the sea views, and the furnished terrace outside holds a private hot tub. The apartment is in St Ives, and the kitchen, dining and sitting areas share one bright space with underfloor heating throughout.

The king-size bedroom has an en-suite with walk-in shower, basin and WC. The twin beds zip and link, so they can be made up as a super-king-size if you ask beforehand. A separate bathroom has a bath with an overhead shower, and both bedrooms have a TV. The kitchen has an oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle and toaster.

Beyond the apartment, the Hidden Lounge in the development has a communal hot tub, sauna, steam room, gym and foot spa. E-bikes can be hired for an extra charge, and a free chauffeur service operates within a two-mile radius from 7am to 9pm once you have checked in. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent.

Parking is off-road, two well-behaved dogs are welcome, and there is no smoking. A travel cot and highchair can be arranged in advance of your stay. The river is 1.3 miles away and the pub 0.6 miles. A three-night minimum applies over Christmas and New Year week, and the photos are a representation, so the layout may differ slightly in person. It suits couples, or friends and families of up to four who want a private soak at the end of the day.
