Coppers

Coppers is an architect-designed five-bedroom house in New Polzeath, sleeping 12 across three floors with five bathrooms and sea views from multiple levels.

The bedrooms comprise one super-king-size, two king-size rooms, a twin zip-and-link that converts to super-king-size, and a bunk room with two sets of bunks - five bedrooms and five bathrooms give the group a strong ratio for a large party. Generous social spaces and a separate TV room let guests spread out. A dishwasher is included, but there is no WiFi and no washing machine. Dogs are not accepted. Host Charlie manages the booking.

A private hot tub, garden, barbecue and wetsuit-drying space support beach days, and parking with EV charging is provided.

Polzeath Beach is 300 metres away, its wide sand facing northwest into the Atlantic with surf schools running between Easter and October. Greenaway Beach is 0.9 miles from the house and Daymer Bay 1.2 miles. The coast path from Polzeath to Pentire Point gives views across the Camel Estuary to Stepper Point, and Rock, 2 miles south, connects to Padstow by seasonal water taxi.
