Fistral Beach is 600 metres away - one of the best-known surf breaks in the UK and the site of major competitions each year. Towan Beach is 900 metres, and Great Western Beach is 1.3km. The South West Coast Path runs along the clifftops above both beaches. Newquay Golf Club, an 18-hole course with cliff edge views, is within walking distance, as is the National Marine Aquarium on the harbour.

The property is dog-friendly with space for 1 dog. Parking is included on-site. The shared gardens give some outdoor space without the cost of a property with a private garden. No washing machine listed.

Best for a group of 6 wanting surf beach access and sea views without committing to a more expensive clifftop property. Not great for guests who need a washing machine on-site, or those wanting a quiet rural location - Newquay town centre is close and active throughout the summer months.
